Entering a candidate into Bullhorn

Entering candidates into Bullhorn is a workflow that becoming familiar with will be essential as a recruiter. Each step is broken down below:

There are two ways to add a new candidate within Bullhorn:
  1. Click "+ Add" and then select "Candidate"


    1. Fill in as much info as possible - information fields with red dots are required


  2. If you have a resume file you may click and drag it into the "Parse Resume" zone


    1. Bullhorn will check against existing records to see if there's a match
      1. If a match is found, click "Parse As Existing"
      2. If no match if found click continue


    2. Bullhorn then displays how accurate it thinks the values in the resume being transferred to the candidate record are - double check for accuracy and then select which fields you need to override and manually change


  3. Congratulations - after completing this process your candidate profile is now in Bullhorn!
