Do candidates need their license before they can be submitted for jobs?

Do candidates need their license before they can be submitted for jobs?

The answer to this question will depend on the facility the job is tied to – some facilities will require that a candidate has their license before they will even consider them for a job opening, while other facilities would only need to confirm that the candidate's license will be obtained before the job's start date.

Oftentimes we can find any given facility's policy around licensing on the job order, itself. If not mentioned on the job order please clearly mention the candidate's license is pending and attach any documentation to the end of their profile confirming the expectation that the license will be obtained before the job's start date.
